pouncio

Vinted finds in your Discord, not a crowd's.

Most Vinted Discord bots are servers that post the same listings to hundreds of members at once. Pouncio posts your own bot's finds, checked and priced, as cards in a channel you control.

  • Your own channel
  • Cards with photo and profit
  • 4 steps to connect
  • Free plan included

Two kinds of “Vinted Discord bot”

The phrase covers two different things. The first is a monitor server: a Discord server that watches Vinted searches and posts every new match into shared channels. The second is a bot that posts into your own server, from searches you set up yourself. Pouncio is the second kind.

Monitor servers are easy to join. Their catch is that everyone sees the same post at the same moment, and the post is a keyword match: cases, broken units and listings priced over resale arrive with the real deals, and whoever taps fastest gets the good one. Our guide to Vinted monitors explains how those groups work.

With Pouncio, the listings come from your own bot. You describe the product in one sentence, and the AI turns it into a bot with the right Vinted category, the model variations and a max price for each. The bot watches new listings on the Vinted of your country within seconds of them going live, and only what passes its checks reaches your channel.

What each card shows

Every alert is a Discord card, not a wall of text, so you can judge a find from the notification.

The listing

The title and price as the heading, linked to the listing on Vinted, with its photo underneath.

The numbers

What it resells for and the profit, side by side, when the bot has a price for that model.

Why it passed

One line on why the bot picked it, and a coloured bar for the kind of news: a find, a buy, an answer.

Which bot

The bot's name and the model variation at the foot of the card, so you know which search it came from.

Cards post under the name Pouncio, and a listing's title can never ping anyone in your server.

What else can go to Discord

Finds are one kind of message. In Settings → Notifications you choose, channel by channel, which of these go where:

  • A bot found something: a listing that passed one of your bots.
  • A bot tried to buy but didn't: with the reason it stopped.
  • A payment needs you: your bank or PayPal asks you to confirm.
  • Something was bought, or an order moved on: paid, sent, delivered.
  • A Vinted account needs attention: signed out, or asked to prove it is a person.
  • A seller answered an offer: accepted, declined or countered.

Buying and offers come with Plus. On Free, your channel gets the finds and you buy them by hand on Vinted.

How to connect Discord

It takes a few minutes, and the last step proves it works. You need a Discord server where you are an admin; a server with just you in it works fine.

  1. Pick a channel. Open Discord and go to your server. Hover the channel you want alerts in and click the gear, Edit Channel. No gear? You need to be an admin of that server, or you can create your own with the + on the left.
  2. Make a webhook. A webhook is a private address that lets Pouncio post in that channel. In the channel settings, open Integrations, then Webhooks. Click New Webhook (you can name it Pouncio), then Copy Webhook URL.
  3. Paste it in Pouncio. In the app, open Settings → Notifications, choose Discord and paste the address you copied. It starts with https://discord.com/api/webhooks/.
  4. Check Discord. Pouncio saves the channel and sends a test message straight away, so you can see it arrived. From then on, alerts go there too.

Treat the webhook address like a password: anyone who has it can post in that channel. If it leaks, delete the webhook in Discord and make a new one.

Telegram, email and the app too

Discord is one of four places alerts can reach you. Your finds are always in the app, and alerts can also go to Telegram or email, on every plan, Free included. See how Vinted alerts work in Pouncio for the rest.

Starting costs nothing: one Vinted account, one bot, Discord alerts and one automatic buy on us. What Free includes, and what it doesn't, is on our free Vinted bot page.

Pouncio's community server

Apart from your own channel, Pouncio has a community Discord server. Bots' real buys post there live, and the week's three biggest flips go up every Monday. A shared buy shows the item, its photo, the price and the profit, never the buyer's name, account, bot or the listing link, and you can keep yours out with a switch in Settings → Notifications.

The server also has a free /price command: send a photo and it tells you what the item is and what it resells for. Join at discord.gg/3sh3KUkJUk.

Questions

Are Discord alerts free?

Yes. Discord alerts work on every plan, Free included. On Free your channel gets your bot's finds and you buy them by hand on Vinted.

Do I need my own Discord server?

You need a channel in a server where you are an admin. A server with just you in it works fine, and you can create one with the + on the left in Discord.

Is this the same as a Vinted monitor server?

No. A monitor server posts the same keyword matches to every member at once. Pouncio posts your own bot's finds, checked and priced, into a channel you control.

Can Pouncio buy from a Discord alert?

The cards are alerts. Buying comes with Plus: a live bot buys by itself through the Pouncio browser extension, within your limits, and the purchase then arrives as a card too.

Which country's listings do the alerts cover?

Your bot watches the Vinted of the country you live in, in its language and currency. Pouncio works in all 21 Vinted countries.
