Terms of Service

Last updated 25 September 2026

In short. Pouncio watches Vinted for you and, when you turn a bot live, buys and makes offers on your Vinted account by itself, within the limits you set. Automating Vinted is against Vinted's terms, and Vinted can restrict or block an account that does it. You take that risk when you connect an account. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Pouncio is run by [legal name], [registered address], Portugal, tax number (NIF) [NIF] ("Pouncio", "we"). These terms apply to the website at pouncio.com, the Pouncio app and everything Pouncio does for you ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of them.

Pouncio is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Vinted. "Vinted" is a trademark of its owner.

2. What Pouncio does

Pouncio watches listings on Vinted, estimates what items are worth and resell for, and alerts you to the ones that match your bots. If you connect a Vinted account and turn a bot live, Pouncio acts on that account for you. It can:

What each plan includes is shown on our pricing.

3. Your account

4. Connecting a Vinted account, and Vinted's rules

Automating a Vinted account is against Vinted's terms, and Vinted can restrict, suspend or close an account that does it. Pouncio is built to keep that risk low, with test mode, spending limits, one purchase per item and a switch that stops everything. It cannot remove the risk.

5. Purchases, offers and messages Pouncio makes for you

6. Estimates are not advice

Resale values, profit figures, price indexes and AI judgements are estimates made from the data available. They are not financial advice or a promise of profit. You decide what to buy and what to sell it for.

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

8. Fair use

Don't use Pouncio to break the law, to act on accounts you have no right to use, to harass sellers, or to resell access to Pouncio. Don't try to get around your plan's limits, overload the service, or reach data that isn't yours. We may suspend a workspace that does.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving Pouncio, which means features change. We try to keep it running at all times but can't promise it will be. Vinted may change its site in ways that stop parts of Pouncio working until we adapt. If a change removes something you paid for, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your period.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are not liable for:

For business users, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending the contract

You can stop using Pouncio and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it. If we close Pouncio altogether, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any paid period.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.

If you have a complaint, write to us first at support@pouncio.com. Consumers in Portugal can also use an alternative dispute resolution body. [Name the body you adhere to, for example CNIACC, www.cniacc.pt, and confirm it with your lawyer.] You can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. The date at the top says when they last changed.
